SUMMERFEST 2018 Our mission is to provide our local area A. A., Al-Anon & Alateen communities with an annual opportunity to unite in fellowship for a sober, fun, and impactful weekend. Summerfest committee’s efforts are focused upon facilitating such an event, creating opportunities for service, and providing a environment through which the message of recovery can be shared. We are very fortunate to be able to host this year’s event at Downtown Eugene Hilton. Registration is required to attend the event. Scholarships are available upon request and/or availability at the registration table. For those willing and able, the opportunity to be of service by direct donation for registration is always appreciated. All donations go directly to those who want to attend but simply cannot financially afford registration.

Since there are no dues or fees for AA membership, you may wonder why you have to pay to attend the Conference. This is an AA approved Conference that includes many expenses. Registration fees cover the rental of the facility, as well as, transportation, meals , gift packages and lodging for Speakers and insurance, decorations, printing, postage and supplies. The cost of meals pays for the catering only.
This site is not an official AA website, however is approved by GSO.
